Fish Plants:
Mt. Lassen Trout delivered 600 lbs to the South shore pond and 600 lbs to the North shore ramp on Monday, November 12th.
Fishing Report:
Sonora Bass Anglers results from the Nov 10th tournament:
1st Place - 14.94 lbs total weight, 3.77 lbs biggest fish - Dave Krawchuk and Carol Krawchuk
2nd Place - 13.48 lbs total weight, (didn't get their biggest fish, sorry) - Pat Griswold and George Broekema
3rd Place - 12.83 lbs total weight, 2.17 lbs biggest fish - Robbie Bayers and Gino Pinocchio
Big Fish Winners - 9.81 lbs total weight, 7.04 lbs biggest fish - Larry Freeman and Mike Freeman
Total weight of all fish caught - 90.88 lbs
Congratulations to all the anglers that participated in their event and THANK YOU to the Sonora Bass Anglers for having their event at our lake.
Planted trout tend to stay closer to the surface and near the shorelines while holdover fish (from last year) are still in deeper water (about 40ft +\-).
Last year the lake turned over on Nov 15th but the lake has not turned over yet this year but it is getting close.
Got a good story about "the one that got away" or an awesome fish recipe that you'd like to share?
