Excellent fishing on the Lower Owens

Water Conditions: Good flows are at 205 cfs as of 11/12.
Fishing Conditions and Hatches: Excellent! Fish Midges early until the sun hits the water and warms everything up. After that there is a pretty decent Baetis hatch for a few hours until it starts to cool down again.

NYMPH: Copper John #18-20, BH Flashback Pheasant Tail #20, Zebra Midge #18-22, Medallion Midge #20, Tungsten Psycho #16-20, Barr's Emerger #18-22, Zebra Midge #20
DRIES: Stimulator #18-20, CDC Baetis DUN #18-20, #18-#18-20, Parachute Adams #18-20, Brook's CDC Baetis Emerger #18-20
STREAMERS: Pop's Bugger, Olive Doc's Twin Lake Special, Flashabou Buggers

Owens River: With the flows this high on the Upper Owens use a sink tip line
Owens River: No recent reports from the Owens River Gorge
Rush Creek: No recent reports from Rush Creek
Owens River: With the flows on the Lower Owens at 205 cfs you can now wade
Bridgeport Reservoir: No recent reports from Bridgeport Reservoir
East Walker River (CA): The East Wlker flows are so low it makes fishing tough
