Our latest trip had great fishing again. So far this last week of October has seen some of the best bottom fishing of the year. Lings, reds, goats and lots of whitefish. The weather has played a major factor in this too.. some of the nicest sea's in a while.

We have seen great fishing for red snapper, lingcod, sheephead and whitefish. Recomended tackle is 12oz, 8oz and 4oz torpedo sinkers with 3/0 and #1 hooks. Bring a lite rod just in case the bass want to bite (12lb.-15lb setup).

ANNOUNCEMENT:  Starting on November 1st 2012 a new regulation has been implemented by the DFG.  The rockfish maximum depth that is 60 fathoms (360′) will be reduced to 50 fathoms (300′).
