The San Diego

Don Padick
The incredible fall fishing season shows no signs of letting up with yellowtail, Dorado and tuna continuing to be caught in both full day and overnight range. Captain Ryan Bostian has been consistently putting his passengers aboard the San Diego in contact with kelp paddy yellows, Dorado and tuna for months now. Captain Bostian sees no reason to stop now as kelp paddy yellows continue to occupy offshore waters. While small yellowtails have made up the bulk of the catch a few trophy dorado and tuna continue to regularly hit the deck of the San Diego. Recently we left them biting with full Mexican limits of yellows along with two nice dorado and a beautiful Bluefin tuna. These yellows make for some fine eating and put up quit the battle for their size. Really fun fishing aboard the San Diego!!!! Captain Bostian continues to run the San Diego leaving every morning at 5:30 am targeting offshore species such as yellowtail, dorado and tuna. Check their full schedule at www.thesandiego.com. With fishing this steady it's very important to make a reservation before you're day of fishing on the San Diego. Book online at www.thesandiego.com or www.seaforthlanding.com or by calling the landing at 1-619-224-3383.
