"We had another super fun day of fishing today," reported Intrepid skipper Bill Cavanaugh September 21. "Similar routine as yesterday except everything was better. Good yellowtail fishing in the morning, then good yellowfin tuna and dorado fishing in the afternoon. During one of our drifts in the afternoon we hooked seven striped marlin on bait. We released them all and it was an awesome sight seeing them swim right up in the chum line. This has been a great group of anglers to fish with. It seems as though each day of this trip the skill level of our anglers has improved which has been an absolute joy for me to watch. Chef Patrick ended the day with his famous baby back rib dinner. Life is good on the Intrepid."
