Hello, Anglers!

We have had a great summer at Lake Casitas Reaction Area and we are moving one of the boats out of Lake Casitas going to CASTAIC LAKE in Santa Clarita Valley for fall fishing, As some of you may already know Sept.- Dec. are prime months for fishing at Castaic Lake. If you have not experienced Castaic you should come on out and enjoy it this fall!

Lake Castaic in Santa Clarita the fish are "boiling" on the surface morning top water, using artificial bait with Lunker Potion fish attractant, and last year the live bait "shad" came up Sept. 20th depending on weather they should be up soon! October reservations gets filled quickly so be sure to get your reservations in now. Weekdays are best and kids are always welcome. Weekends are busy with other boaters and tournaments at Castaic Lake.

Lake CASITAS Reaction Area in OJAI pictures below with great weather and surrounded by Beautiful Lake Casitas the fish have a very delicate bite right now. We are getting bites however its more challenging to detect the bite. The fish are feeding in cycles, using artificial bait with Lunker Potion Fish Attractant!
