Fish Report for 8-19-2012
Fishing is good at Bridgeport Reservoir with Rainbows, Browns and Perch all biting
8-19-2012
Jim Reid
The Reservoir is still fishing very well, lots of 1 to 3 pound rainbows are still turning up and there's been a couple browns up to 3 1/2
pounds also making a showing. There's also still some perch being caught.
Trolling with lead core and either small Rapalas or needlefish has been good and bait fishing from boats with power eggs, power bait, Gulp clusters or crawlers has also been good. Haven't heard much from the shore, this time of year you need to get out in a boat or tube to have the greatest success.
