Drew Card checked in on Saturday afternoon from the Pacific Queen, "It's about 3:30, we're having a great day down here on the 1st day of a 2 Day. We have about 180 mixed kelp fish. After thata we have most Yellowtail and a few Dorado. It's a nice day, flat calm weather, and beautiful seas. There's just a touch of wind to keep the sweat off.
"We have trips all week. Tomorrow night wehave a 1.5 Day trip and there are still spots available. Tuesday night, same thing, 1.5 Day trip and then we have a 1 Day, leaving Thursday night, fishing Friday. So if you want to go fishing with us pick the trip you like and give Fisherman's Landing a call at 619-221-8500. Or sign up on our website, www.pacific-queen.com."

I think we have 130 mixed fish for the day. 90 of which, or a little better than that, is that nice Bluefin Tuna. I'd say we have a mixed grade, 1/2 being that 15 to 18 lb. fish and 1/2 is the 25 to 30 lb. fish. It's a beautiful grade of fish and great fishing. Anyway we're having a...... Read More
