Ryan Bostian called in with the final fish count for the San Diego on July 11, "Today we ended the day with 21 Yellowtail, 17 Barracuda, 4 Calico Bass and 1 Lingcod. We had nice steady Yellowtail action pretty much all day long. Like I mentioned earlier with this sized fish and where they are located we are only landing about 1/2 the fish that are hooked. We had good entertainment today the fly line sardines is by far the best way to get a bite. Use a 25 lb test with a 2/0 bait hook or a 3/0 bait hook is all you need. So go on out and join us, we do have a private charter this Friday that has a few open spots. If you'd like to join us call Dave at 619-207-7345. We are leaving the dock at 4:00 AM so we have plenty of time to fish these Yellowtail.
