Royal Polaris finds a school of Bluefin to the delight of many happy fishermen

Royal Polaris Crew

Hi everyone;

Weather today was beautiful, flat calm, and glassy. We found 2 school of Bluefin the first of which we landed 29 Bluefin in the 22 to 32 pound range. This was a good school and was stacked under the boat when a school of 5 pound Yellowtail found us and make it impossible to fish any longer. Luckily about an hour later we found another school and we caught 28 more in the same size range.

By noon we made the decision to head south as action in the area was quite slow. Enjoy the photos.

The R/p crew.

P.S. The crew of the Royal Polaris wishes all a Happy Fathers Day.

We wish to thank Ron Delane and Joe Corbacci of Hawthrone power systems for their fine service whenever needed through our installation. We are...... Read More

We picked up a great load of bait and we cleared Point Loma at 09:00 hours, and we are headed south. We...... Read More
