The trout bite has been doing well and there are some nice looking trout caught this week. Berkley PowerBait colors such as Chartreuse, Garlic and Corn Yellow as well as Spring Green remain the top choice of bait as well as Berkley Mice Tails while also using the PowerBait Trout Dip in Garlic or Roe scents. PowerEggs and Nightcrawlers have also been working well. Crappie and Bluegill are biting for people using bright colored jigs.
Main Photo: The main photo shows Enrique Garcia of Pittsburg using PowerBait at Bobber Beach proudly showing off his 8 lb. trout.
Photo # 1: Gary Speakman of El Cerrito who caught a 10 lb. trout using nightcrawlers and SunRise PowerBait at the Pines.
