Ken Cirks, well-known long ranger and striped bass angler, has been fishing white seabass recently in the local area known by sportboat anglers as "Dolly," because of the two domes of the nuclear plant.
"Just passing on a photo," said Ken, "of one of the fish we have been catching off San Onofre. I have more pictures also. I caught the fish on 6/0 Mustad BLN 92677s using live squid we made on the spot, fishing from my 22 bay Ranger."
