Some Changes in the Bisbee's Black & Blue Tournament
5-28-2012
Wayne Bisbee
Hello Everybody,
As a result of our survey of past participants and interested parties we will be changing some things. There were some great comments and suggestions. We're still discussing the possibility of adding some jackpots to the Los Cabos and East Cape, but we have decided on two things for sure.
1. The dates and schedule of events for the Los Cabos Offshore will stay the same for this year - the 19th-21st.
2. The rules for the Black & Blue will change from angler rules to team rules, as they are in the Los Cabos and East Cape. This means the rules for all three tournaments will be the same.
Another exciting development, not relating to the survey, is that the Cabo Riviera basin will be open for the East Cape Offshore and capable of providing safe harbour and provisional services of fuel and water. Construction of the first phase of slips is scheduled for July, so if there is no delay in construction some slips will be available. If you want more information email Nydia Altamirano.
With the East Cape only a month and a half away we'll be stepping up our newsletters to keep you up to date. And don't forget the East Cape Early Bird deadline is June 30. Don't miss out on your chance to win your entry fee back! Visit the Bisbee's Website for more information
.
That's it for now. See you where the fish are!
