The past couple of days have been pretty much identical down here at the Bank. Tuna action throughout the night for those who want to put in the time, steady action on big wahoo in the a.m., and the tuna show up again and bite all afternoon. Everybody is catching plenty of fish and having a great time. According to my notes, we have an even dozen cows now and a ton of 180-190's. The overall grade is awesome. Al Merrick, a pioneer in shaping surfboards, is now blazing a trail here on the Excel as well. Every time I turn around he is hooked up. Not only does he have three over 200 pounds and many other quality tuna, Al is a wahoo fishing machine. Al scow, Bob Kelley, Curt Weisenhutter, and Donna Manuszak have also added cows to the count. Needless to say there is incredible sign of fish around and it is just a great time to be fishing. There is still room on the upcoming 14-day trip that leaves this weekend. If you have the chance, I would take full advantage of this opportunity and get on the boat.

If you would like to go fishing with us please BOOK ONLINE or call (619)223-7493 to get in on the action.
