Sacramento River Striper fishing is "Off the Hook" right now, wild rainbow is good & will get better

The Sacramento River Striper fishing is very good right now , I had a group of guys out yesterday, we were fishing in the Colusa area slow trolling Minnows down river, they hooked about 30 Striper with most of them being legal size fish over 18 inches.
The Wild Rainbow Trout fishing is good and will get even better as the river flows are increased, what're they biting on, Flys,Bugs and Plugs.
