Good morning Anglers,
As of now, for the weekend we have sardines in San Pedro and Newport. Hopefully we'll have more variety soon, but live bait catching has been pretty tuff the past few weeks to say the least! Anchovies and squid have virtually been non existent. At least there's a little bit of medium size sardines in the meantime.
Finally we have a decent weather weekend for the opportunity to go out and start making some catches!
The Newport Barge is open 24/7 and can be reached on Ch 79 on the VHF or call direct 310-461-5370 or direct connect 124*68731*2.
The San Pedro Barge's hours are Mon-Thurs 5 am - 5 pm and returnung Friday 5 am - Sunday 5 pm. They can be reached on Ch 11 on the VHF or call direct 310-365-2516.
