Good Morning Folks:

Not much to report. Nice weather so far and making good speed down the coast. A seminar this morning and a raffle to make the time go by. The day will be spent rigging up the tuna gear . Lot's of action at the tackle table.

Larry brought out an electric smoker machine. Yesterday we made smoked Salmon and today smoked Tuna. The Salmlon was incredible. I had no idea how good fresh smoked fish is. Now we know. What a treat. We will continue the smoking process the next couple of days. It really is fun trying to get it right. The whole boat has that smoked fish smell. The whole outside of the boat, not the inside.

Another day of travel and another seminar tomorrow.

As we left San Diego behind us the air was thick with anticipation and excitement. We were headed to the Clarion Buffer Zone or the Hurricane Bank knowing our quarry was...... Read More
