Report on the Point Loma Halibut Run, March 8, 2012

Capt Ron called in with this update, "we had 2 legal halibut, one fish was about 25 lbs. We had 4 shorts, a few handfuls of Sculpin, Rockfish, Sand Bass a few Reds. I kind of mixed the day up, we fished a structure spot, the wind was blowing it made a a tough trip. We came back in a caught a nice one, the fish was 26 lbs.
"The boat leaves at 7:00 o'clock in the morning, the price is $66.00. Hopefully I will see you at the Fred Hall Show on Sunday, I have a seminar and I'll be talking about how to catch big halibut on the Point Loma."
