Royal Polaris Update 1/11/06

1-11-2006
Royal Polaris Crew

Hi everyone, we spent most of the night, until 04:00 hours making bait. We were back on the fishing grounds at 08:45 hours. We had our first stop at 09:45 on a sonar school. We hooked 4 fish and released all four. There were 185 to 200 pounds. After lunch we found another school, hooked 8 fish, released 7 from 170 to 195 pounds. The one we lost of course was the heavy fish that unbuttoned. It was a very tough day for the fleet. Weather was flat calm and beautiful. Lets hope for a better fishing day tomorrow.

We released 9 fish from 185 to 195 pounds (?). We...... Read More

In another words it's beautiful, warm and pleasant. Fishing today was good for everyone in this area. We released 16 fish from 150 to 199 pounds. We kept 6 to 7 over 200 pounds, plus another 4 fish that are 197 to 202 pounds. We have room...... Read More
