From all of us at Ranger 85 and Coral Sea Sportfishing we hope you had a Happy Thanksgiving and your time spent with family and friends was enjoyable and memorable.

I know I was personally overwhelmed with the response we received for this weekend's 2 day trip. The weather looks perfect and I couldn't wait to get out on the water.

As a result, I want everyone to be aware that December is 2 Day Month for the Ranger 85. We are offering 2 day open party trips EACH WEEKEND departing Friday evenings throughout the month.

This time of year quality rockfish abound and catches are record breaking. Remember, rockfish season ends December 31st so schedule your last trips of the year and get your freezer filled up.

Overall the weather offshore at the outer Channel Islands has been good and with the availability of LIVE SQUID the catching has been hard to beat.
