Sunday 10/16/11 10:30am - Great counts off the offshore boats today! The Endeavor returned from their 1.5 Day trip with 72 yellowfin, 15 Dorado, 35 Skipjack and 49 yellowtail for 21 anglers. The Cortez returned from a 2.5 Day with 52 Bluefin, 21 Yellowfin, 2 Dorado and 210 Yellowtail for 21 Anglers. Most of the Cortez's bluefin were in the 25-30# range, with a couple of 60+ mixed in. Great fishing in the middle of October! We have a few spots left on the Legend's 1.5 Day trip departing this evening, call and make your reservations now!

Wednesday October 12 3:30pm - Capt Jim on the Cortez just reported in with 8 bluefin tuna on deck and several fish still hanging. The bluefin are in the 50 to 70lb class. He is fishing approximately 110 miles from San Diego in easy 1.5 day range. You might want to hold off on putting your gear away for the season. We have space available on upcoming 1.5 day trips.
