Frank Ursitti - Ranger 85
Hi Everyone,
I want to thank all of you who fished with us this season in San Diego. It sure was great to see everyones familar faces and make new friends.
I had a different season myself, having been the primary operator onboard my smaller charter boat, Coral Sea, it was nice to get back to where I started. I could not have been able to do it had it not been for my loyal crew onboard the Ranger 85 and Captain Dustin Tench, who operated the Ranger for us this season.
I hope those that have fished with us this year enjoyed themselves as much as I did...I love my job!
I want to remind everyone as we wrap up our San Diego season with the Ranger 85, we will continue to fish through the end of the year. (that means we still have 2 full months of fishing ahead)
October 28th marks a very special date for us...we depart on a 3 Day Trip from Channel Islands Sportfishing. While this is in no way our first 3 day trip, it is out of CISC.
With the current set up of water, we may find ourselves fishing albacore for a day or 2 before sampling all the fine fall fishing the Channel Islands have to offer.
I really is my favorite time of year to fish...the weather is typically nicer, days are warmer and for some reason, the fish want to bite better!
You can check out our schedule online @ Ranger85.com.
I look forward to seeing you onboard as we continue to fish throughout 2011.
Capt. Frank
