Mike Ramirez called in to give us an update on the Excel, "Yesterday we fished offshore a little slower than expected, we ended up with a half full of Yellowfin tuna and half a dozen Dorado. It was a tough day but it was fish'n not quite catch'n.
"Today we are travel'n up the line, we have beautiful flat calm weather, we'll be into San Diego tomorrow around 6:30 AM."

There were plenty of school sized tuna, Dorado on kelps and it bit right into the dark. "We are going to head for the Island tomorrow to fish for Yellowtail and see how it goes. Wish us luck.
