Bill Cavanaugh called in with a report on the Daiwa Trip 2 Day Trip, "We had a great trip, we had awesome fishing yesterday down below and we had some pretty good Bluefin fishing close to home here. There is a pretty good line of fish that is within one day range...it is very very promising. It almost seems to me that this fish we saw today, it almost seems to me that this is the same fish that was down below a few weeks ago. When we first got on that good biting Bluefin down below it was a little bit smaller than the fish we are seeing today. We are seeing a 12 to 16 lb. fish. But it is responding and biting. It is pretty exciting actually. It is very exciting, anyway there is some very good fishing that is going on down here this morning. We got on some Bluefin that bit pretty good for us and we are within one day range.

"We are very excited about the rest of the summer let's see how everything unfolds next week when we come here. We have a one day trip on Labor Day Weekend, departing Friday night the 2nd returning Saturday the 3rd. With what took place today, with what takes place tomorrow and what most likely will ensue within the next couple of days I feel that trip will fill up very very fast.
