Hey guys, We arrived to the dock this morning from an absolutely amazing fishing trip. We traveled down to the body of water we have been fishing for the last week. Right out of the gate we swung on a sonar mark, started throwing chum and all hell broke loose. For the first two hours it was straight bluefin tuna (12 to 18 lbs.) and after that we started catching a fair mix of yellowfin tuna (15 to 20 lbs.). We drifted on that school of fish for 4 and a half hours. When the dust had settled, we had 170 bluefin tuna and 74 yellowfin in our RSW fish holds. What an incredible bite! Everyone on board did a great job and we had a blast gaffing, spiking, bleeding, and dropping all of those fish. We are out again tonight on another 1.5 trip. Wish us luck.
