SportfishingReport.com Staff

The Striper King Classic is right around the corner on Saturday, August 27th. I wanted to personally thank each one of you for all of your efforts in spreading the word about the upcoming double-charity tournament. I've attached (2) nice photos from this past few days for you to see the quality of the stripers coming out of Diamond Valley Lake.

As I've told many anglers interested in the Striper King Classic, all it takes is one of these stripers to win be in the money. Thanks again for everything!

We'll look forward to seeing some of you at our event.

Description:

Photo #1: Date: 8/16 20lb striper caught on anchovies at the West end by Mr. Rob Neibachek of Murrieta.

Photo #2: Date: 8/17 11.5lb striper caught on cut bait (did not specify) by 4 year old Elise Chhour, assisted by her father Meang. There were no details given regarding location. The Chhour's reside in Lakewood, California.
