Do you like Authentic Santa Maria Style BBQ? Do you like to have fun?

On Sunday Oct. 2nd, Friends of Rollo is holding their very first Family Fun BBQ FUNdraising event at the beautiful and secluded Oak Canyon Park in Orange. This is going to be a fantastic day with plenty of great food, family entertainment, free fishing for the kids at a private lake (including the use of tackle), a casting contest, factory product demos, tons of great raffle items, a silent auction, a free chance to win a Four-Day trip aboard the Qualifier 105 and the best barbecued tri-tip you have ever tasted. The chicken will be fantastic too.

The price is very reasonable and you will love this private park. 100% of all proceeds will go to the Friends of Rollo and used to take more kids fishing. You might not realize it but since 1999, Friends of Rollo has provided over 65,000 kids the opportunity to experience the joys of fishing and the wonders of the ocean for the first time. With additional support, they would like to dramatically increase that number in the years ahead. With our help, they can make that happen.

Tickets are only $40 per person, kids under 12 are just $20. There will be a special no-charge raffle for the kids that attend. Bring your family, neighbors, fishing buddies, business associates, club members. Everyone is welcome! You will see lots of old friends and many of your favorites from the fishing industry too.

Tickets are limited and must be purchased in advance. NO ticket sales at the event. Visit www.rollokids.com for more info and to buy your tickets.

If you would like to donate an item or service to the growing list of raffle prizes, all donations are tax deductible and will be put to good use. Just respond to this email and let me know what you would like to donate. I hope you will join me at the BBQ on Oct 2nd. Gates open at 1:00, food will start being served at 3:30. See you there.
