Beginning of Excel's Merritt Trip

We just made our first stop and according to Justin, "We are starting where the last trip left off. So far we have about 50 Bluefin and 10 or so Yellowtail so far this morning." Justin went on to say "Things are still looking good, not to mention the weather is absolutely flat calm so everyone is having a great time."

Around 3:30 PM, Justin checked in to give us an update. "We ended up with 85 Bluefin, and 55 Yellowfin on a hard drift. We drifted with the same school all day, he guys had a good day we decided to throw in the towel for for today and start sliding down towards the Islands. We'll check back in tomorrow".......
