The American Angler has a small victory

We spent the day offshore today looking for that needle in the haystack and had a small victory - 5 albacore ranging in size from 20 - 25lbs. We saw a few other fish, but that was all that wanted to eat today.

We are going to continue the search tomorrow.

Check back tomorrow night for the last report of this 8 day trip and Friday morning's ETA.

The American Angler had awesome fishing in favorite spot

We ran up to one of our favorite yellowtail spots and what do you know, we had awesome fishing on 20-30lb yellowtail today. Capt. Sam called with today's report - decent fishing on Yellowfin Tuna, average size was 40-60lbs. The highlight of the day was Bill Nada's 94lber and the gorgeous weather.
