Truckee River: The Truckee is really fishing well right now
Little Truckee River: The Flows are down on the Little Truckee but the fish are still trying to adjust
East Walker River (CA): The flows on the East Walker have been fluctuating due to Irrigation
Carson River: The East Carson is still high and fishing should improve as the water level drops
Lake Davis: Fish Davis Lake in the mornings and the evenings
Frenchman Lake: Fly Fishing at Frenchman's has been very good
Lassen Meadows Ranch: Book Now to Fish Lassen Meadows this fall
The fish are near the shoreline in the AM and move to deeper water later at Frenchmans
Frenchman LakeThe fishing at Frenchman's has changed a bunch over the last week. Fish have moved into shallow water and are very active in 5-15 feet of water. In the mornings fish can be seen working the shoreline chasing midges and Callabaetis. As the morning moves along the fish move out into a little deeper water as the sun grows high into the sky.
