Hello Anglers,

We had a nice day of yellowtail fishing here at the island. The morning started out with a bite on larger fish from30-45 pounds. After those yellows backed off, we didn't go far before finding more fish. We picked away at them pretty much all day. Late in the afternoon we left and put it on course for Guadalupe Island to try for tuna. Just before dark we stumbled upon a nice kelp where we had a sundown bite on dorado up to 48 pounds. What a great way to end the day.

If you would like to go fishing with us please BOOK ONLINE or call (619)223-7493 to get in on the action.

We piked up a half dozen grouper, two bluefin tunas, and some dorado. Since we are all finished up on yellowtail,...... Read More

We did see a pocket of good water well within the five day range where we found a small kelp and picked up 17 yellowtail 15-25 pounds. You get the impression that if you found a big kelp in the area it would be loaded. There was...... Read More
