Hello Anglers,

Today we concentrated offshore for albacore and bluefin. Through out the day we saw marks down deep that looked like bluefin but we could never get one to boil up on our baits. We covered 80 miles of water today looking around and saw scattered albacore marks all day, most would not bite but we did get 23 fish for the day and they are a beautiful grade of fish, most of the fish are 16 to 20 pounds with a few smaller and a couple that were in the 25 to 30 pound range. Not bad size for early season fish. Tomorrow we are going to try our luck at some yellowtail around Benitos Island.. The picture that I am sending is of Chef\crewmember Jason Fleck who displayed this nice albacore for Chris Glassen.
