Hello Anglers,
Yesterday and today we have had very flat calm weather with no more than 10 knots of wind. A very welcome condition for our long ride down the line to the fishing grounds. We will arrive at the grounds at 1000 tomorrow morning and hopefully get right to work. The picture that I am sending is of the only thing we have seen in our travels since we left the dock, notice the containers on the ship, each one of those containers is the size of a semi truck trailer, just to put the ship into scale. Hello Anglers, Today we arrived at the landing at 0900 and we got the boat tied up. We got the fish offloaded and weighed up jackpot. We had a total of 7 fish over 200 pounds, 1 over 300 pounds and 6 fish from 195 to 198.8. Our jackpot winners are as follows. Tom Ruscher with a 313 pound Yellowfin tuna was our first place winner. Second place went to Phil Ruemmler with a 236 pound yellowfin tuna, and third went...... Read More
