Hello Anglers,

Today was another fantastic day of fishing offshore. We started the morning off fishing kelps for a mixture of yellowtail and yellowfin. In the afternoon though, we started seeing breezing schools of bluefin 90-200 pounds. We were able to boat nine of these beauties up to 140 pounds. Four times we had to launch back-up rods and floats because guys were getting spooled on 60 and 80 pound test. Unfortunately, all the really big ones got away. Tomorrow we will be at Alijos rocks where we will try to catch some yellowtail and maybe a couple of early season wahoo. J U S T I N
