Hello Anglers,
Today was our second day of the trip and we traveled most of the day and took care of getting the passengers all set up for the trip. We had a break in the action and stopped to try to get a few yellows and got more than we had anticipated for the short time we were there. When we stopped the boat on the spot of fish we had at the very least five fish going at once . This went on for a few hours and then we took off to areas further south. We are going to look offshore for porpoise of anything floating to get some fish and if that does not go as planned we are going to try a spot on the beach for some fishing on the anchor. Shawn and the crew
The Aloha Spirit runs 5 AM trips out of CISCOs in Oxnard. We target White Seabass, Calico Bass, Yellowtail and Halibut when available. We also will run Rockfish and Lingcod Specials. Call CISCOs at (805) 382-1612 or BOOK ONLINE.

Hello Anglers, Today was spent mostly traveling up the beautiful Baja coast line in greasy, flat calm weather. We did manage to sneak in a couple of hours fishing at cedros island and had a nice shot at sundown for 33 yellowtails from 18-25 pounds. Tomorrow we will spend a couple of hours in the morning trying for cod and then we will break everything down and clean the boat. We will arrive in San Diego at 0700 on Wednesday morning.......
