Hello Anglers,
The weather has been good most of the way home, but yesterday in the late afternoon it turned very poor. The swell increased to around ten feet and the wind began to howl. Don't worry though, we awoke this morning to good weather again. Did not see much as far as fish on the way. Jason and Matt did catch some nice sized sierra mackerel's for dinner the day that we left Cabo. It looks like our E.T.A. to San Diego is 0800 to customs and 0900 to Fisherman's Landing. I'll see you tomorrow... JUSTIN

5-18-2005Hello Anglers, What a trip! The Ralph Mikkelsen's Big Fish Special truly lived up to its name. Excel anglers saw an amazing grade of fish that few long rangers have ever seen, with the majority of the 175 tuna above 160 pounds.
