Hello Anglers,

Today we covered a lot of water in our search for the elusive albacore. In our travels we found a few small spots of albacore that were reluctant to bite for us and we saw the same with the one spot of bluefin we saw. For our efforts we ended up with 2 albacore for the day and we had very good weather all day and it actually got better as the day went on. We are going to be at Fisherman's Landing at 0600 tomorrow morning and we will be leaving again on another 7 day trip. We will be checking in tomorrow. Shawn and the crew

Sorry for the lack of reports, but there has not been much to say other than wind and plenty of it. Yesterday was not too bad but the day before we had 20 to 30 knots and a big swell which made it uncomfortable. Just what the doctor ordered

Hello Anglers,

Here is the report for the last two days. Wed. the 8th we had a pretty slow day with 19 yellowtail and three yellowfin tuna. The weather was pretty choppy and not good for working in. The 9th, yesterday, was just what the doctor ordered on the fishing side of things. We had what we needed on 20 to 33 pound yellowtail by 1000 in the morning and then started to head up the line.
