Hello Anglers,
Today we arrived at the 'big fish zone' and found beautiful weather along with excellent working conditions. We got on our first spot mid morning and just like last year they came up and responded well to the baits presented to them. After getting a few fish, including a 208, we were on to our next school where we received a similar reaction with numerous cows coming out of the water. The rest of the day was spent running from spot to spot, hooking a few and watching an amazing aerial display. We ended the day with 8 fish, 4 over 200 pounds. The big fish of the day went to Wirt Nelson with a 255 pounder caught on 135# Berkely Big Game and a 2004 Eagle Claw 8/0 circle hook. Though happy with the amount trophies we put on the boat, with the amount of fish we saw today we could of have an amazing day, even compared to last year's standards. This is the best chance anyone has ever had at catching a 300 pounder, there have already been nine 300 pounders caught this season. The next two months will be very interesting, if this fish decides to bite we could have some trips topping last year's marks. If you haven't already booked your trip for after the holidays, there is still a few spots available on 10 and 15 day trips.

If you would like to go fishing with us please BOOK ONLINE or call (619)223-7493 to get in on the action.

Hello Anglers,
What a great way to start our trip! We had all day action on the ridge with 15-30 pound tuna, 12-20 pound yellowtail, some nice bull dorado, and some fat grouper. The fun lasted from the moment we got there to when we left them biting. Now that everybody is warmed up, we are now headed to the "big fish zone" to concentrate on trying to get everyone on board a trophy. The weather remains picture perfect. ...... Read More

Hello Anglers,
Today we are traveling down along with a huge ground swell but relatively no wind. The swell is spread out enough to not rock the boat so traveling is nice. We gave a couple seminars this morning and will be ready to fish the Ridge tomorrow, wish us luck. -Justin ...... Read More
