Hello Anglers, Today we left the dock on the annual Braid eight day. We got a full load of bait and cleared the point around one in the afternoon. On our way south we had a bonus stop for 22 albacore just before dark. We're continuing south. Wish us luck. Mike

FIshing was red hot!

Hello Anglers, We spent the day fishing around the islands for bass and halibut. The bass fishing was red hot in the morning around the kelp line. They were biting the surface iron and fish traps pretty steady. We even managed to drift up a few halibut. The biggest flat fish was a 36 pounder caught on a dropper loop.
