Water Warming And The Fishing Is Too!
5-28-2011
Channel Islands Sportfishing
With the water slowly warming the action is too. The Gentleman was working shallow water rockfish last week when Byron Fleming landed this 8lb Vermillion. "Thanks to the captain and crew of the Gentleman. My biggest red ever! Awesome job guys" said Byron. Capt Donnie was stoked to see some big reds and nice lings pulled last week, real crowed pleasers. Halibut have been thick as well with multiple fish being put on deck of the Mirage and Pacific Islander special overnight trips. We should see the sea bass and calico pick up here real soon, and then it's really on. Call us today and book a trip or charter a boat, either way the experience of our captains and staff will have you coming back. From the staff here at Channel Islands Sportfishing Center thanks a lot and keep those lines tight.
