Hello Anglers, Hello anglers, today we departed on the anual Tuna Wars 5 day. we picked up a mediocre load of bait and, were able to clear the point by noon. we are headed south in search of the elusive "longfin." It looks like the weather is going to be favorable. wish us luck. Mike

Good size Halibut

Hello Anglers, The albacores were nowhere to be found in the morning so we decided to call an audible and head to the beach for the afternoon. We headed into the San Quintin area in hopes of large bird schools with seabass in them. Instead we found good fishing on good sized halibut. Excellent yellowtail fishing!

Hello Anglers, Once again the islands didn't disappoint us and provided excellent yellowtail fishing. The forktails started biting just after daylight and kept on hitting throughout the day. Most of the yellows were in the 15-18 pound range with a few bigger ones mixed in.
