Hello Anglers,
We spent the day heading south with sunny skies and flat calm seas. I wish the weather was always like this. In the morning, we had our first seminar on how to rig up for cow sized tuna. In the afternoon, we went over the proper way to use a harness and how to successfully crimp a leader. The gang has been hanging out and enjoying the ride. JUSTIN

11-12-2010Hello Anglers! We departed on our annual Team Hoo 10 day trip today with a lot of familiar faces. The bait looks good here as we clear Point Loma on our way south in search of big tuna. Hello Anglers, Today we arrived at the rocks. We were welcomed with 18-20 knots of wind. There was very little sign in the morning, but after lunch, things started to turn on. We were able to stay busy through out the afternoon on 25#-40# yellowfin. Late in the day, sharks became a problem. It was hard to get the fish to the boat.
