Apollo tuna season trips
5-17-2011
J.J. Gerritsen
Well, the summer season is almost upon us. We are already perking an ear to hear the first reports of albacore or blue fin tuna being caught down the coast. There have been good reports of kelp paddy yellow tail over a large area approximately 180 mi south of San Diego. In the next couple of weeks there will be boats specifically looking for and targeting offshore species. I have a 2-day charter at the end of June that needs 6 people. The trip will depart on June 27th at 9 pm. and return the 29th around 7 pm. If you have any interest in joining this charter group to fish blue fin and albacore please contact Mike at
(323) 793-2106.
I wish everyone a great fishing season and a prosperous 2011.
Thanks, JJ
