Island Spirit 3/4 Day ~ EARLY LIMITS & MOVING ON

Capt. Jesse Martinez of the Island Spirit called in at 10:30am with EARLY LIMITS of rockfish, and moving on to barracuda fishing. Water is clean and blue with 40ft visability..AND the weather is.. well, no weather to report.. flat as a lake!
