FINAL REPORT w/PHOTOS Sunday we saw great fishing at the outer islands and coast. The Pacific Dawn caught 8 white seabass, a bunch of quality rockfish, and some lingcod. They had poor weather with 25+ knot winds, but that didnt sour the spirits of our charter group from SFR. The Island Spirit fished the coast north of our landing, finding willing biters in the shallows. Sheephead, whitefish, rockfish, and even a token sand bass. Nice sacks all around for this OPEN TRIP. Looking ahead~ Pat on the Pacific Dawn put his boat online departing Tuesday night for a SEABASS SPECIAL fishing Wednesday. The Island Spirit is online next Tuesday morning for its daily 3/4 day trip. Monday is out because of hi-winds, but looking beyond.. good weather forecast.
