River Keeper Fly Shop
?Ģ Common Species: Rainbow Trout??/ Cutthroat Trout / Mountain Whitefish
?Ģ Details: Like the Upper South Fork, the Middle Fork of the Boise is high this time of year. Flows will decrease rapidly as the summer approaches. We will also have more access on this river in 2007. Expect Golden Stones and caddis early in the season. This is a "typical" attractor river, so anything big and furry should draw a croud. My best flies on the Middle Fork have always been Todd's Mr. Beam, the Double Humpy, and the elk hair caddis.
