BRING THE U-HAUL (100910)!!! Hello everyone;
Today was just an excellent day of Yellowfin Tuna fishing. We had 3 to 5 fish going all day long. Most of the fish were in the 60 to 80 pound range, with a few going over the century mark. It was good sardine fishing, as well as the kite. We finished off our trip with a bang!!
It was clean fishing all day long, with the Yellowfin being king for the day. We had a handful of Yellowtail up-to 55 pounds. A few Dorado were mixed in our catch today, but most of them were released back to the ocean.
Shimano is the sponsor for this trip and boy are they doing a great job. Among some of the prizers they gave away was a reel a day, some days it was two. Robbie Gant is an excellent charter-master, with giving help to all the passengers aboard.
Shimano had the new Talica 50 on the boat, and Billy is very pleased with the results of the reel. They won't be out until next year. Shimano has 3 trip on the Royal Polaris, so if you would like to go on one of the Shimano charters, give our office a call.
We are now headed to the beach, and we will try our luck at some Yellowtail. We will give it a few hours, the head for home. So with that note, until fingers and key board meets again. Good luck and good fishing. The R/p crew.
