El Budster Fishing Report

Back on the World Famous El Budster for another day of Cabo fishing. David Sebers catched a 160 lbs. Blue Marlin. It was caught on a Black Bart Lure ( Mr. Petrolero ). It gets tail rapped and dies on the way to the boat. He also catches and releases a 100 lbs. Striped Marlin. It is caught on a live Caballito. The fighting time was 30 minutes. The party also catched four Dorados ( 20 - 25 lbs. ). Back on the El Budster II. The Captain Jeff Tims party also has a good day. They catched & released a 180 lb. Blue Marlin. It was caught on a Black Bart Lure. ( Mr. Petrolero ). The fighting time was 30 minutes. They catch & release a 80 lbs. Striped Marlin. It was caught on a live Caballito. The fighting time was 20 minutes. They finish off the day by catching two 25 lbs. Dorados. All the fish were caught 12 - 14 miles out from Cabo. The water temp. was 82 - 83 degrees.

There are no fish caught today on the World Famous El Budster. Fishing on the El Budster II. The Lou Padgett party from Lakeland, FL has better luck. They catch and release a 120 lb. Striped Marlin.
