WOW!!!! (100310) Hello everyone; We arrived to Alijos rocks at 06:30 hours. Weather was wonderful, with overcast skies, a slight breeze, and flat. We had just enough wind to keep the kites going. We had an excellent day of fishing, with Wahoo, Yellowfin, and Yellowtail making up the count. We had 115 Yellowfin tuna. Most were in the 45 to 70 pound range, with a many more in the 75 to 90 pound range. I think we had 2 fish that might go over 100 pounds. The Wahoo fishing was good on fish in the 40 to 60 pound range. The Yellowtail were in the 18 to 25 pound range, with a few going over 40 pounds. Largest Yellowfin today was caught by Nick Sulli (est 110 pounds), largest Wahoo was caught by Ron Kono (est. 65 pounds), largest Yellowtail was caught by Robbie Gant (est 45 pounds). We used two tanks of bait today, so we will try to make a couple tanks of bait tonight. We will give this another try tomorrow, so wish us luck and we will keep you posted on our daily events. The R/p crew. Ted Sakai, this is Robby and Grandpa is a Wahoo killer. The only problem is you gave me one... I had 8 Wahoo in the first one hour and broke off. Please get more asap. on another note fishing today was great. Billy put us on fish and the new gear Terez, and Talica proto worked great. The Trinidad's, Talica, on Terez performed great as well. On top of that i have several new Spin guys on board and ready to go. Tomorrow should be another great day and for Ted I hope the Wahoo like Junior because that is all i have... Will report again tomorrow and to JP lost a good one to Sammy. "BeNt RoDs 4 LiFe"
