SAC president Bob Fletcher, at Fisherman's landing May 24, was optimistic about ongoing talks with Mexico regarding fishing near the Revillagigedos.

"The Mexican government is receptive to the process of getting back to the islands," he said. "I'm encouraged, and we're stepping up our efforts."
